I wrecked my 2005 Toyota 4Runner the first week of February 2011 and had it returned that the same week after dropping it off on a Sunday. Hector was happy to meet with me and had it repaired from the driver side rear bumper and rear door. The paint looks original and he gave me a lifetime warranty. Nortex also repaired a vehicle for my older brother, Richie, on his 2009 Lexus LS450 on the front end.... I dont remmember exactly what was fixed or repaired but the vehicle ended up looking very much like before with no flaw.
