My father had a flat tire on the way to his pregnant wife in the hospital. Fullertons American Tire Company DID NOT want to FIX MY MINOR FLAT. He owns a 2016 Lexus Is250. THEY SAID THE TIRE WAS NO GOOD??? ITS 2016! Tred on the tire is great! He then went to a local tire place amd they gladly fixed it for a low proce of 10$. WHAT THE F×××??

There really is apathy here to individuals. I drive 20,000 miles a year and buy high end tires. Time to find someone that will care about me

I have bought 3 sets for tires from this store in the last 2 months. I went there to get my truck tire aired up since it went flat in my driveway because someone messed with the valve stem and it/the tire came off the rim. They refused to try and put air in it and also would not let me speak to the manager. I told them I have spent $1500 in the last 2 months there and that I would take my business somewhere else and they said OK we don't care. So I went down to Goodyear and they aired it right up with no problem and no charge. No more of my money to them store CAS-23.
