Walking into Kids Ink is like stepping back into a time when clerks actually smiled at you- for real- and really cared about what you needed. A way to approach a tricky issue with someone too young to understand (like when my mother passed away) or that book I remembered form my childhood ("you know...it was green and had a chicken on it..."). I have yet to be able to stump them. Their quality and selection are fantastic and the prices don't break my bank.
