I was very happy with the service from Kimberly Castro and her manager Natasha Starner. They made sure I understood what I was buying and did their best to work with my budget. I am glad I went to this office and I would refer family and friends to ask for these 2 girls. They worked really hard together to help me out.

horrible customer service! they took forever processing my policy and kept answering the phones and talking to potential clients and providing them quotes over the phone while I was already sitting at their desk! agent forgot to hand me my payment information and the total amount of my policy in paper. Don't go here!
