Purchased tire on eBay by 10:00 am for same day shipping. Add did not say payment had to post by 10AM. When it posted a few minutes later they refused to ship it the same day, mind you it's 10:06 am and they cant possibly ship it. What type of customer service is that? They need to disclose this in their eBay adds. The manager just gave me boilerplate answers and had to intention of being helpful. I could tell he had his standard somewhat arrogant standard answer for not wanting to do one extra thing to demonstrate this company has any real sense of what good customer service is. I offered to buy one on the spot and he still refused to ship even though FedEx trailer was still there. When I ask to speak to the owner, the manager said no, when I asked for his email or full name so I could communicate with him he said, no, and that I should email him and he would give it to the owner. At the very least, an owner should be available at any business and not have correspondence screened by a manager. This is a completely unacceptable business practice. I still do not have the owners name but am looking for it on the Internet. Also I was unable to send any correspondence via eBay as it seemed to be disabled.

Don't buy here they are very rude and are an extreme rip off. There's other places in Allentown that sell better used tires for a way better price. Also DiscountTireDirect.com has better deals for Online purchases and they're tires are brand new!

Do not order from this place!!!

I should have read more than just the EBay reviews because I would have steered clear from these jerks.

I also received a tire with a hole in it after waiting a week for it to arrive . Paid $20 to havethe tire mounted and balanced all to find it flat the next morning. Finally got a manager on the phone who was rude and sarcastic. He had no intention of being helpful which came across loud and clear. Told me i could ship the tire back at my cost, bring it back to a shop (again) and get a letter or take pictures of the hole. All well and fine but im already out $20 which i will have to pay again once i get another tire that i refused to pay to ship it back. Another thing was he couldnt tell me when i would be refunded or when i would even hear back after sending the photos.

Not customer friendly at all. Spend your money elsewhere or be on your own with a junk tire and out $150.00

Looked them up online. 28 total BBB complaints, ever, which is nothing when compared to the thousands of tires they must sell per year. So I made an order for 2 tires for my Crossfire. Got 2 rear tires for less than HALF what I would pay for a new one. Yes they were used. Duh. But they were both good tires and were mounted just fine and I have driven on them without any problems. I am sure there are some bad tires than get sold by these guys. What do you expect? These are USED tires and they got taken off their original vehicle for a reason. Buying used is ALWAYS a risk.

Got two like new Firestone tires at a price that was fair and saved me $$$$. Fast delivery right to my door .....just two days. Whats not to like

Tire purchased had hole almost on the sidewall. Mechanic said tire will not last as long as if it didnt have a hole in that area. Paid $10.75 for repair. Only credited $10. When notified about the additional .75. Person thru email got sarcastic and rude, saying "hope u can make due until we credit the additional .75" I should have received more of a discount as tire was not as described. Will never buy from this place again!

Garbage!! Went in, asked for tire, they showed me a tire with a huge patched hole and told me it was perfectly safe. I told them it did not look safe to me, can you bring me another tire, i am willing to pay a bit more for a better tire.They refused to bring me another tire, stating they are too busy to bring up tires, and gave me the take it or leave it attitude.

I left it and ran out of there as soon as possible. God help you if you trust these guys to sell you a safe tire.

Horrible business... Tires that came in were worse than those currently needing to be replaced on the car. I did not receive the tires pictured when I ordered. When I tried to contact them they would not respond unless I got someone on the phone. Then they would tell me there isn't really anything they can do to help. Please stay away! Best to spend your money with businesses that value their customers... Do not buy from this place. They claim that they check tires for leaks twice. The tire that I received had two holes in the tread and one in the sidewall. They claim that they don't sell tires with damaged sidewalls. Now I am on the hook for return shipping when they were clearly negligent.
