I've gone for Carside To Go many times even before Covid. They have forgotten to include part of the order more times than I can count. Because they knot the bag before giving it to me, it's awkward to take it apart in the car so I usually don't find out I'm missing something before I get home. It's too far to go back by then.

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to check against an online order to make sure everything is there before wrapping it up.

I cant give 0 stars?! I used to work here and will NEVER come in this place again. I was a cook and it was common to see the other cooks pick up food off the floor and place it directly on a customer's plate. Cooks choose to microwave instead of grill/saute whenever possible. And cross contamination is out of control. Tongs used for raw meat/seafood is also used to plate cooked food. If you are forced to eat here, get the salad, that's probably the safest thing to eat here.

the food was fantastic. my steak was juicy and hot, my potatoes were delicious, and the dessert shooters were good too. however the prices, if you add on to the 2 for 20 are ridiculous. i wanted the 9oz steak, $2 more. mushrooms and onions, $2.50 more. dessert shooters (guys you may need more than one to feel like you actually had one) $2 each.



and my waitress took 10 minutes to get to the table, and it wasnt really busy, and i didnt see her running around or anything. my table wasnt set when i got to it, it took longer than i would have liked to get drinks and food, and at first they brought me a 7oz steak and a minute or two later she comes out with mine saying she brought the wrong one. she was very nice, but was a little slow to get refills, and the drink cups could be bigger.



all things put together, it cost me $42 for the check, $6 for the tip, i left full, and got a 3 course meal. i was happy with the food, i just think maybe their server staff needs a bit more training, or smaller sections.
