I love getting my oil changed here! The service is always fast, and the owners and their staff are very friendly. Great ambience in the cafe portion, and a good selection of coffee, including varieties not found anywhere else (try a white zombie latte!). Price is on par with other oil change service providers. Could I use a coupon at a major company location and save a couple dollars? Sure, but I would much rather support this great, unique local business!

I have been going here for about two years servicing two vehicles. At first the experience was pleasant: quick and excellent service, but it has been going downhill over the past year. I've always used full synthetic which typically runs ~$75. I brought my vehicle and was quoted 30-35 min. I agreed and ran to Shopco with two little kids to wait. Over an hour later, vehicles that arrived while I was in Shopco were finishing up and mine was sitting there with the hood open. The owner blamed the vehicle and skid plates. Eventually my vehicle was finished and I was charged $98. The owner told me after the fact, that I was being charged extra for the skid plates and his difficulty. I have never had an issue with oil changes from the dealership while my vehicle was under a maintenance plan. I tried expressing my frustration with the wait, having cars finishing that came after I did, and above all the hidden fees but the owner wasn't accommodating at all. Won't be back.

This place is amazing! The owners, Ron and Tanya, are so friendly and genuinely appreciate and care about their customers. Ron will often be found on the Lube side, well Tanya will be found working behind the counter of the Cafe. They are just regular, hard-working people; not some slave-driving chain that's looking to get rich. They offer quality service in a comfortable atmosphere. You get to relax in the Cafe while your car gets an oil chage. Their shredded barbeque chicken sandwich and frozen hot chocolate are my favorite!!! I often stop by just for the great food and drinks! After this place, I could never get an oil change anywhere else.

Went to Cafe De Lube to get an oil change, thought it was okay. Could not understand one word the lady said on the coffee side. The next day had oil on my driveway. Ron the owner was very rude and didn't care. I will never go there again.
