My boyfriend and I woke up to get a haircut, get there and they are closed and no one is there. They say they are open at 9 a.m. but really they are all self-employed so it's up to each employee to get there on time. I left, hairstylist called back saying she got pulled over. I asked if I could come back and she says she's all booked up and didn't know if she would even have time for the both of us in the first place. To Salon Ivoni: Don't set appointments if you won't have time for us and don't say that you are open at 9 a.m. if you really aren't. This was the worst experience I've had for a salon.
