I know that searching for assistance of any kind on the web can be a gamble and often frustrating. I took a chance on BW Handyman services and found them to competent, responsive and professional. I received an honest and fair quote for the work up front and Brent not only completed the service the next day he followed up to make sure that all was well. I rarely use internet search engine to find a handy man. I prefer to ask friends or relatives for someone we know and trust. However, I take a chance this time and feel so lucky to choose Brent. When he first shows up and starts doing things around my house, I know I makes the right decision. He has neatly completed 2 time-consuming installation tasks (a kitchen garbage disposal and a toilet) in a marvelous time frame. He knows exactly each step in the process so no single second wasted. The price is also reasonable and affordable. I am very pleased. What can I expect more?
Brent is vey responsive person. You can rely on him to get the job done in good quality. I have a rental unit in Kissimmee. Tenant reported the entire house was piled up. I happen to find Brent from internet. He immediately responded and get the issued fixed.
We cannot recommend Brent highly enough! He is always on time, and returns calls as soon as he gets a free minute. He tells you what has to be done and what it will cost. If there are things that can go wrong and cost more, he is very clear about those contingencies. It is like working with a knowledgeable surgeon before an operation. Completely agree with other review, Brent is terrific and always does quality work at the best price you can find anywhere! If you want to hire and honest expert, who is licensed and insured to fix or repair anything from your garbage disposals, toilets or drains to pressure washing services I'd only call BW Handyman!
Brent (BW Handyman) is the best person to call for handyman/plumbing issues. I am a new homeowner and I was wary calling a random handyman, but gave Brent a call as I didn't know anyone in town. He made the appointment for 9am (the next day from the day I called) and was at my house at 9am on the dot. He gave me the cost of the labor plus the part the day before so I knew what to expect to pay. (I usually buy the parts ahead of time to avoid marked up parts). He does not mark up the price of his parts. He even noticed (that my boyfriend who attempted to replace) the float on the toilet was in wrong and fixed that for me at no extra charge. He is not the type of person who up charges or tries to get extra money out of you. He is an honest business man who does a good job and even will help trouble shoot any problems he sees in the process.
This was one of the most pleasant "house repair fixes" I've had to deal with (aside from having to pay for a house repair).
I highly recommend Brent, he is licensed and insured (I wondered that myself as it didn't say). And does a great job at a fair price with no hidden charges or fees. Everything is upfront and to the point. Exactly what you need in a Handyman. I will be using and recommending Brent to anyone I know.
