Very BAD experience. I feel these people betrayed my trust and stole money from us. Way oversold me insurance at twice the premium as other insurance companies.

the worst communication, can not ever get my agent live, always goes to voicemail. The answering system is so disorganized. If my policy wasn't any good I would have left a long time ago.

Very poor service. Very unsatisfied with agents help. When I made a complaint to the office manager Manzi I sensed the same bad attitude! Not sure what's the problem is at this place but I said forget it and we went to liberty mutual.

Very unsatisfied with agent Jamie. Very rude and unprofessional. His tone and language is not acceptable to me and I found another agency to do my insurance with that treated me with respect. Would not recommend.

Was not satisfied and decided to go elsewhere. As all companies grow some just need to remember to take care of the customer. I was with them for years but slowly noticed the lack of customer service more and more.

Not very good service and slow to get back to you. Waited weeks for Agent to contact me about my rate increase and when I complained nothing was resolved. Decided to go elsewhere and it was a good decision.

They ran my credit with 7 carriers for a quote without my permission

So very dissatisfied with this place all around. They shoot all these commercials and then you can for the challenge my rate they don't answer the phone and you get a voice mail. I called back 5 more times after I left a voicemail asking someone to call me that I wanted a quote and left my info already. The guy that called me said they were under staffed and that's why it took 6 days to call me and that was just to ask me a bunch of questions to find out that there is another waiting process. When the agent rolled around to calling me back the rates were way higher and I said forget it. The guy tried telling me I was under insured and these rates were fantastic and bla bla bla. This process took 11 days to get some crazy rates. Then 3 days later another agent called me asking me if I had received my quotes because the other guy is no longer employed there. What a mess. So a few weeks later I pull my credit and all the companies he quoted pulled my credit and lowered my score without my permission!!!!!! Never again ever will I do that!

Nightmare after nightmare. Never will give them my money or business again. Rude employees and the strip policies down and are misleading.

This place is good until they screw up and you get cancelled. Not sending in proper documents and telling everything will be fine and they will handle it. Yea sure they handle nothing correctly and your insurance gets lapsed and you don't realize it till the bank force places insurance! Trust me find a different agency.

They flip your insurance at renewal to other carriers without your permission or signature and say they don't need authorization because they are your agent. I was paying 1200.00 with Tower Hill for 6 years and Tower Hill dropped them and they put with another company and sent a bill for my mortgage without my permission for 3706.00 and I was stuck! Beware! Very shady and management is rude and unhelpful

Everything is great until you have to cancel your policy. You will not receive the correct prorated amount from the insurer, and FIS will claim that they have no control over the fees and proration of the insurer, but you have to go through them to cancel the policy! I canceled my homeowner's insurance and lost over one month's worth of premium.
