He knew exactly the hoover belt I needed and it was half the price that I saw on-line. In fact I'm going back there tomorrow for another belt.

Person who works there is not customer friendly. Puts down everyone except himself. Not knowledgeable on vacuum cleaners. Same poor attitude as the store on West Charleston. Will never go back to this store either.

This guy would only put down all the other stores saying his was the best to my girlfriend, well turns out this Charleston location is indeed the worst place to take a Kirby, this clown charged me to clean and replace the roller, I got it back with not only the wrong roller but put on wrong as well, and the Kirby was missing a lot of screws the don’t even put your equipment back together correctly. When I took it back and educated the guy about the roller and the green LED that flashes to let you know if your belt broke he got offended that I knew more about it than he did, and the correct roller was sitting on his work bench along with some of my missing screws. I thought that was the end after a few weeks back the auto drive fell apart, so if you love your Kirby or anything else take it to a professional shop, this place is not where you want to go. Worst place in Vegas.
