I was referred here by my Dr's office via voicemail, and without any information, following some blood tests. All I had was a phone number and the name of the place. When I called I spoke with Julie (possibley Julia) to set up an appointment. When she asked what I was coming in for I told her I didn't know and that my Dr's receptionist gave me no information in my voicemail. She pulled my referral, and then said "oh, you have ____________?"

First of all, and excuse me if I'm incorrect, but I was under the impression that receptionists (or anyone for that matter) are not allowed to give out information like that over the phone. Secondly I Just finished telling her I didn't know why I was going in.



So some random woman just informed me of my condition, Over the Phone!



I'm very much not pleased. Hopefully my actual appointment is better than this first impression.

Dr. Kaushal has been my Hematalogist for over 7 years. Since day one all the staff have treated me like a friend not a patient only. Dr. Kaushal is pleasant, soft spoken. He listens to you and asks for your input about your health. He builds a relationship with you & your health. But he is straight and forward and tells you what is necessary, which I like. Some don't.



I feel secure & confident with everyone in the office. I highly recommend going to see one of their Drs. I also like they can run your blood level right there in office & have it in just a few minutes. That's a plus in my book.
