wonderful folks! I don't visit a Doctors office much, didn't want to in fact. But the care given there is by far the best Ive ever had! Nice polite professional , just cant say enough good things about this office. Thanks Doctor Rogg!

I went to OnPoint because I was suffering a migraine that would not subside. The doctor I saw was "unconvinced" I was actually experiencing a migraine because I did not have any associated issues with my vision. As a result, he prescribed me muscle relaxers and vicodin, neither of which helped to relieve my migraine. The following day, I began vomiting due to the length of the migraine and accompanying nausea, so I called OnPoint to see if they could prescribe me some medication for MIGRAINES without me having to drive back for another visit. Long story short, the doctor on call that day refused to see me and said I needed to go to the ER to have them determine if I had an "inter-cranial issue". Of course, when I went to the ER, they did not feel it was necessary for me to have an MRI or CT scan, and instead prescribed me medication for MIGRAINES as well as for anti-nausea. My headache and vomiting subsided in a matter of minutes. The ER doctor told me that vision issues are not a necessity with respect to diagnosing migraines, and so I was mis-diagnosed (and thus not treated properly) by the first doctor that treated me at OnPoint. She also told me that narcotics such as vicodin simply mask migraines rather than treat them, and questioned why I would have been placed on muscle relaxers at all. The fact that the second doctor I spoke with at OnPoint REFUSED to even see me, and instead directed me to the ER based on very limited information about my medical history or existing ailment, effectively costing me a $250 co-pay, was absolutely appalling to me. I was not given proper care by either doctor at OnPoint and I will certainly not be going to this urgent care facility again. I adamantly question the aptitude of the doctors employed there, and encourage people to visit only in the event they have a minor issue such as a cut.

I had a sinus infection

The waiting area is gorgeous. Very cozy and impressive. The staff is very nice as well. I went in for a minor ailment but wanted to get double checked and since it was on a Saturday, I went to an urgent care. I had a pleasant experience until he stepped out to "research" some more. When he came back in, he said sorry it took so long, you can imagine how many results come up when I type in "such-and-such". I thought, Okay, must be some sort of medical database they search. Then he handed me a bunch of printed off papers and continued to say that out of all the results, the best he could find on my condition was WikiPedia. I looked through all the pages that said "www.wikipedia.org..." on the bottom. Immediately all credibility and comfort went out the door for me. I would have gotten kicked out of my school of public health if I ever used wikipedia as a source. My condition wasn't life threatening obviously, but I would never go back knowing that wikipedia is the source they use for information to help you.

Everyone that works there is so nice and knowledgeable. The doctors bedside manner is fantastic. They do not make you feel like you are an idiot for bringing your child in. Each time have been there the doctors have taken the time to make my child feel at ease and their willingness to explain all that is going on with an injury is very appreciated for the parent. The waiting room has a resort feel-very comforting. Also, the wait time has never been very long at all. With my kids and the way they have a tendency toward injury, am so glad that Highlands Ranch finally has an Urgent Care of this caliber.

I was in Denver visiting my family when I got sick. I found On Point Urgent Care online and researched their website. It seemed like a professional, up-to-date facility with multiple locations to choose from. I am so happy I went there! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it was a very clean and organized office and the Doctor was excellent. I felt very well taken care of and got the care I needed. I highly recommend On Point Urgent Care to anyone who is looking for medical attention, they are fabulous! And they even followed up a few days later to make sure I was feeling better!!! Thanks Team, you are GREAT!
