I am writing this review to thank Matt for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and honesty when I shared with Matt my concern regarding stress fractures on my tires. I have been a faithful customer with Discount Tire since 1970 (Ann Arbor location on Stadium). I always do my rotations on my vehicles at the Livonia Store since my return to Detroit. Matt has done an excellent job changing the atmosphere the Livonia Store. There is a definite positive environment with the entire staff. GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I have tried the others and will not do it AGAIN. It is not even CLOSE!!!

I've gone to this Dicount Tire location for many years and several sets of tires. They are very willing to match or beat any quotes you bring to them from Belle Tire right down the street. I've only gone with the competition once. Friendly staff. I'm only leaving 4 stars because they always underestimate the wait time for what I'm having done. 20 minutes actually means 45. Excellent pricing and service always brings me back in the door though!
