I made an appointment to have 4 things done. One was urgent, my brakes were very worn. I was there before my appointment time, was told 3 hours. 4.5 hours later I get a call asking if they can keep the car till Monday. I needed my car and they aren't even open Sundays, so what good would that do? I told them to finish what they could.
I asked them to have the shuttle pick me up, since it was only supposed to be 3 hours I was stranded at a shopping center. It took another hour for them to send the shuttle and another hour to get back to the shop. They could have been working on my car during these 2 hours.
6.5 hours having my car, they did the 3 things that weren't urgent (replace wiper blade, front alignment, leaky shocks) . Nothing that should have taken more than 1 - 2 hours. I asked why it took so long and they didn't finish, "I have no good reason" was all I got.
I'm still driving a death trap and wasted a whole Saturday. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Great customer service, minimal wait time and great value when you use their coupons! Do your car a favor and take it to ACA Automotive.
Bad Service and Illegitimate Estimates!
Went there, filled the paper work cause I'm a new customer and service center guy wrote an estimate for brake fluid flushing and a replacement of the exhaust muffler hanger. This is what they told; brake fluid flush - $189.99 when clearly the display up front said $79.99 and even though I told them straight forward all I needed was the exhaust muffler hanger replace they said $80 for inspection only!
I skipped right out of there. Got the brake fluid done for $60 and the exhaust hanger done for $25. Got it all done for $5 more than the inspection!
All I can say, never will I go back there again. They are clueless people that abusive customers who don't know that much in detail about their cars.
These men are incompetent or liars. They could could not even tell me what was wrong with my Saturn, let alone how to fix it. This cost me $90 for them to try to fix a ‘Check Engine’ light at which they failed miserably. Next, they tell me that it will cost me additional $’s to find the problem and that may not even be enough. Either, they think I am stupid or their ‘limited English speaking technicians’ do not know what they are doing.

I found out about this Gem of an automotive facility from a friend of mine that is the most pickiest of them all. What really amazed me was that they ask the question of how can we improve for you. You must admit that is incredible for a car repair facility. Please go see Jeff for any work or service that you need.
You will be amazed the first, and every time you go to this place. The people are wonderful, and make you feel very comfortable being at an automotive place. I will never go anywhere else. Ask for Victor, Jeff, Maurice, or Adam to help you. They are truly the best.
You would be very hard pressed to find a more trustworthy auto repair anywhere. They refuse to sell you something that you do not need. They are approved by AAA, in which i have been a member for the last 14 years. AAA recommended this auto shop to me, and i am so grateful and richer. I was told by the dealer that i needed a whole laundry list of work performed on my Ford truck. Low and behold, all that i really needed was a new belt. The service adviser Jeff , took me out to my truck, and went over all the recommended services that the dealer suggested, that were not needed. Where would you ever find that.
Yes,Yes,Yes. This is the place to take your Jaguar for any repair. They are honest,quick,and will save you $$$$ wherever they can. I was sitting in the waiting room, with about 5 regular customers that was continually raving about this place. I will be back with our family cars, and will recommend them to anyone that i know.
I brought my car in for new brakes because the dealer said I needed new brake pads. But ACA said my brakes were fine and charged me nothing. I was refreshingly surprised to learn that there are still honest people out there and ACA is honest.

Not the 5 star service claimed here! Add ons and more ad ons. Shop your competition for price I could have saved 3 days and $120.

Im an old lady and have had many vehicles in my lifetime, and i must say that Advanced computer automotive has the best service that i have ever recieved. They are the most honest, and professional establishment anywhere. There cost is not the lowest, but the quality and service along with the two year warranty is the best. Thanks to the team at aca.
I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A VERY CLOSE FRIEND THAT I MUST TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ACASERVICE THAT I MAY NEED. IT WAS AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH. I TOOK MY 2002 MERCEDES IN FOR A HORRIBLE KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE. ALL I COULD EMAGAN WAS A BILL BILL OR A NEW CAR. I RECEIVED A CALL A FEW HOURS LATER TELLING ME TO PICK IT UP. I QUESTIONED THE BILL SINCE I NEVER GOT A CALL AND IT WAS FREE. THE BOLT FROM THE ALTERNATION HAD SOMEHOW WORKED ITS WAY OUT. WOW WOW WOW . SEE ADAM OR VICTOR
I cant believe that i finally feel at ease by taking my 94 mercedes in for the regular service. The moment that i arrived by a friends recommendation, i was blown away. The service department was awesome, and saved me about 400.00 . Why would anyone go the the dealer for the same work and with a longer warranty.

WHAT A PLACE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE KIND OF AWESOME SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM THESE GUYS.. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO HELPFUL BY TAKING THE TIME AND EXPLAINING THE REPAIR. THEY EVEN TOOK ME TO MY CAR AND EDUCATED ME. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT BEFORE. WHAT A FEELING TO HAVE TRUST IN AN AUTOMOTIVE FACILITY.

Came with a problem that was very difficult to find, but these stuck to thier guns and found it and fixed it. Cant tell how good it feels to find some one who really cares about you and sincerly wants to help.

I took in my 2000 Chevy Astro for a smog check using their early bird drop off service. I went during lunch to pick it up and everything was done. Smog check completed, certificate E-transfered to DMV. I walked in paid for service and walked out in less than 5 minutes. Easiest smog check I've ever done. You guys ROCK!!!!
