TRY THE PAPA NACHOS!!!!!!
For something a little different in Mexican food, try El Sombrero in Longview, TX. It's pretty much just good traditional Tex-Mex fare, but they include real Mexicano, too. Try everything at least once, but my favorite dish on the menu is the Burro de la Roqueta, a tender beer basted roasted pork loin pulled and rolled in tortillas and smothered in El Sombrero's famous queso blanco (white cheese sauce). I'm craving it right now. This is one of the best meals in Longview and it is available in the full portion, two stuffed tortillas, or the lunch portion, a single, all day every day. And get the queso blanco to dip your chips in for an appetizer.
