So I told them my max price, including delivery was X. What do they do? Charge me $15 over that. I also told them I wanted a small plant suitable for an office that required little maintenance. What do they do? Send a giant plant 1.5' tall x 1' wide that requires full light. Clearly they didn't listen to me one bit. The only positives is that the delivery got to my recipient on time and the plant is pretty and healthy.

Very poor customer service!!!!!

I've given this shop now 3 chances. They are consistent in their poor customer service, lack of selection and lack of imagination. The grocery store has more to offer.
