Terrible delivery service, five telephone calls over two days, three different explanations as to why the delivery has yet to occur and still no delivery! Delivery was to occur on March 10th - at 5:20 p.m. on March 10th, I was told I had until 6:00 p.m. to drive to their shop and pick up my birthday arrangement ( my mother-in-law paid a delivery charge and yet I was supposed to pick it up?) Clearly I wasn't doing that and was told delivery would occur at 9:30 a.m. on March 11th - at 2:00 p.m. and two more telephone calls and explanations, the delivery charge was being refunded and delivery would be at 2:30 p.m.



UPDATE - the owner contacted me at 2:46 p.m. (over 24 hours after the intended delivery day) to provide and establish blame and ultimately resolution to include refunding the delivery charge and ultimately the price of the arrangement. Delivery finally made at 3:06 p.m. after numerous explanations to include a funeral and the fact that my location was so far out of the way - if that is problematic, then this business should not accept business for their product and service - which is on goodwill given that the product and service is paid in full upfront on good faith sight unseen. The arrangement clearly was not cheap and actually quite pretty, however, the roses are beyond fresh blooms with the petals curling all the way around unlike freshly bloomed roses.

Creative! When placing the order, all you have to do is say is a little about the person it is going to and the occasion and they create flower magic. Wether I send something to my 90 year old grandma to my funky sister they just get it.

I ordered my wedding flowers from bank of memories. I had to change my arrangements a few times because some of my decor changed. The owner, Melissa, was extremely accommodating. The staff was very pleasant.



On the day of the wedding the flowers could not have looked more gorgeous! However the ribbon on the bridesmaid bouquets was the wrong color. It still matched but not what I chose. Also, the grooms boutonniere was missing a main piece I had selected. My husband was pretty bummed about that.



You expect things to go wrong on your wedding day and overall I am very happy with Bank of Memories.

I received birthday flowers from someone living out of state. He had a special request to add something to the arrangement - something that Bank of Memories does not carry. While the flowers were lovely, the added surprise really made them special. Thank you for granting his request and bringing joy to my day.
