Amazing Company. The suit and pants that were dry cleaned looked completely brand new, considering I had some white patches here and there. I've had this suit for over 14 years and after that dry clean, it literally looked brand new. Also, I originally had a button missing that they took the liberty to sew in a new one. Talk about amazing customer service and going the extra mile. Will definitely be going back for future cleanings!

I'm surprised to see that the Cleaner's claim that "they want to make all their customers happy," because this is an outright lie. I had been going to Happy Clears for nine years - NINE YEARS! - and just this week when I confronted them about a problem with a dress that they had recently cleaned, they were completely NOT interested in making me happy. I brought them a dress that was to be handwashed, and when I removed the dress from the cleaner's plastic, the front of the dress embellishment was ripped in several places. I brought the dress to Happy Cleaners, showed them what happened, and asked them to make it right, and not only did they refuse to rectify the situation, but they blatantly denied that this had happened there and basically implied that I was lying to them. Without going into great detail about the back-and-forth conversation, the end result was that they refused to even acknowledge that it happened and refused to rectify the situation to keep an almost 10-year customer. Everything may seem happy at Happy Cleaners, but just wait until you have a problem, and then it'll be Crappy Cleaners. Boo.
