Our flight arrived late to Gateway Mesa (2 hours) there was only one car to choose from - a Volvo, supposedly a luxury car - the car was not clean, did not have a back up camera, no space for luggage, agent would not switch to the Cadillac that was on the lot.

Next day had to go to Scottsdale airport to exchange for another car which you could not see out of the front or back window - had to take it to a car wash to get the car and windows clean!
