This dealership is very tricky with there paperwork. My original payment went up fourteen dollars from our handshake deal. They added a paint plan that I wasn't asked about. They also refused to transfer my personal license tags. The owner Martin Herr offered me a counter offer to what I am really owed back. I leased a $30,000 optima, and they wouldn't give me back my money they owe me. The owner was very argumentative,saying I purchased the paint plan. He refused to transfer my tags,which by Rutherford CO laws he has to do. I would never send a customer to this dealership. Go to Carnival Kia or Kia of Franklin.
