06/22/2017Took my car in to have the radiator replced after an accident. A few months later I found a hole in my new radiator. Took it back because it was still under warranty. Tire world told me that it wasn't covered because a piece of metal from the previous accident had punctured the new radiator. They said they knew about it when they replaced it, but neglected to tell me that it would damage the new part or that it was even there. Now they want me to pay to replace the radiator a 3rd time because they didn't inform me of the problem when they "fixed" it before. This was so dishonest. I will not be using this company again and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company.

Worse place ever, did not do what they said they would. Put bad parts in my vehicle to keep me coming back and actually cut wires to get me to buy a new part. How do I know they cut the wire, when I got my vehicle out of Tire World on memorial their was a light on informing me of a bad sensor. Called back and they said yea, you have a bad sensor. Luckily, I took it to the dealership and was informed that not only was a wire cut but there was als a recall for two different parts on my vehicle that Tire World on memorial had either never checked or cared about replacing. Horrible place! If you value your money and vehicle do NOT take it here. I did not want to give them a star but it is the only way you can write a review.
