- Mending Hearts is a rehabilitation center located in 43rd Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, for those under the influence of drugs and alcohol. It was started in 2004 by Charlotte and Katrina, who were former addicts. It is a shelter based recovery program for women who are at the verge of losing everything because of their addiction. It also deals with mental health disorders. The staff team consists of a certified psychiatrist, a nurse, certified drug and alcohol counselors, social workers and monitors. Along with medication, the treatment schedule consists of group and individual therapies, management of case, client focused goals and continuous encouragement throughout recovery.
