      Good service is what sets this appliance store apart. They have employees (and customers) who have been here over 30 years, and the store aims to please and maintain its customers. I had ordered the wrong appliance, and the store graciously took it back, no restocking fee like the big boxes, and found an alternate product immediately. Oliver Dyer matched the price of the local Big Box, so the store competes on price. There is no reason to shop the chain stores. Buy local and support a "mom and pop" store.
