Provided by YP.comDon't go here- they don't have time for you. I received one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had here. I was picking out my glasses, which is an important purchase to get right. The technician seemed a little impatient and seemed ready for me to make my decision. I shrugged her impatience off and thought I made a good choice. When I received the glasses, they were a lot looser than they used to be so the same technician adjusted it for me. She made them absolutely crooked, deplorable. She fixed it a little and said the plastic was hard and she didn't want to adjust them too much so I went home with them. They seemed fine for a little bit but they quickly became loose and crooked again. I called and e-mailed to see if i could come in but no response. I went in anyway because they were driving me nuts and I was going on vacation in a couple of days. I waited an hour for her to finish helping another person pick out glasses. She helped me in conjunction with helping ANOTHER person. She seemed annoyed that i was there and she made it very uncomfortable for me. It was as if I was inconveniencing HER. This is where it really went wrong: after she adjusted the glasses, she had me try them on. Instead of waiting for me to take the glasses off of my own face, she ripped them off herself. SEVERAL times. It was probably the most humiliating and degrading experience I've had in my life. Who does this? Not a "Medical Professional" She didn't end up fixing it either! She said, "oh, I wish I had more time" "don't want to rush you" No, you shouldn't. You should treat me like a human being, if not someone who's paying hundreds of dollars at your establishment. So I left the office with loose, CROOKED glasses. She has no class. I then went to my other eye dr to have them fixed because I am never going back there again.

Provided by YP.comI had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff and doctors were very professional, I received a comprehensive eye exam that was billed to my insurance company. I paid a ten dollar co pay, and received a priceless recommendation for my eye allergies that has saved me months of suffering.
