The most honest and trustworthy mechanics, the manager Edgar is my go to for every car service I need! Very knowledgeable and the prices are beyond fair and cheaper than any other place I have been to! The quality of work is great, the customer service is excellent, very clean, and I trust them with all my cars.

BUYER BEWARE!
You better be an informed consumer if you do business with these guys. If you aren't knowledgable about the costs of parts and how long installation will take, you will likely be ripped off!

I took my car to Old Town Auto to have a battery cable fuse component replaced - just that part, nothing more. For my own knowledge, I had looked up the part and found that I could purchase it online for between $20 and $35, and knowing the component shouldn't be any challenge for a mechanic to install, I expected to be charged for an hour of labor. When I received a call that the job was done, I was quoted $89 for the part and $90 labor, that with tax was a total bill of over $200! When I questioned the price, I got some gobbeldy-gook answer. I got off the phone and called my local Nissan dealer to get a quote for the same job: $28 for the part and $45 for the installation plus tax. When I called Old Town Tire back with this information, the mechanic adjusted the charges, and I drove my car away from there after paying a bill of $83 with tax included.

Even though they adjusted the bill by more than half, I will not return. They've completely lost my trust, and it makes me wonder if I was overcharged for previous service I'd paid them to do (new tires, oil change, brakes). Sad that they would knowingly try to take advantage of customers.

Actually a really cool place to go get some work done on your car. I came for 4 tires and an alignment. I shopped around a bit and these guys had the best prices. Actually showed me what was wrong with my tires.

Really honest people, and was in and out within 45 minutes. Great work, definitely will be back.
