JiIFFY LUBE ON 24 IN NORMAN OKLAHOMA RUINED OUR NEW CAR!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO THERE! We went in for an oil change to prepare for a road trip, The salesperson (service man) came and did their deal with the filter and told us that we had to also have the fluid changed in the transmission along with all the filters. So - we did. Stupid us!! We did not make it 10 miles on the highway before the whole car shut down as we were driving 70 miles per hour. So scary! We were lucky we did have an accident. We had to be towed to the nearest Subaru dealer, where they checked out the car and told us that Jiffy Lube not only LIED about having to change the fluid, but put the wrong fluid in the car, did not put any I the drive case, and striped the differentials in the car. We lost the whole drive train due to Jiffy Lube. We ended up having to buy airline tickets home, had to leave the car in Oklahoma and now we are waiting on them to take responsibility for their disastrous "service". It looks like it is going to be a very long process. Save yourselves a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.

I recommend Jiffy Lube because they let me know what was due on my vehicle by mileage and were willing to work with me on prices

I took my car in because it was running hard, they told me it had too much oil and gave me an oil change. They checked the air filters and were honest enough to say that although they could be replaced, didnt need to be immediately, but soon.



They were nice.
