Oh yes great burgers great atmosphere and fun times ... Ask for Jon he won't let you go away hungry. It's a great burger

I made a visit to the Norman, Oklahoma store. Waiter "Brad" gave us attitude from the very first time I asked him about the menu options! He seriously seemed as if he was going to get violent! He was loud, rude, argumentative, and combative! I asked "Brad" where I could find my options to customize my burger,... Brad seriously told me,.. "dude, it's a burger, you know, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions,... just the regular stuff, what do you really expect?" I blew that off and I talked crap about him to my wife when he left. Then,. he leaves, and our food gets put up on the order window. Brad is NO WHERE to be found. When he FINALLY returns, he grabs a spoon, stirs my son's Mac-n-Cheese, then dips his finger in it to test the temperature (we assumed that is what he was doing). When he brings our food to our table, I ask him, hey, did you just dip your finger in the Mac-n-cheese? He said, VERY AGGRESSIVELY,... "No, I stirred it, is was hot!" SO the wife and I BOTH told him,.. "We watched you dip your finger",... I'm not kidding, at this point,.. the dude seriously got loud, argumentative, and I thought he was going to get violent! As he started to storm away, I told him "Hey Brad, will you get your Manager",... and without skipping a beat, from more than 20 feet away, he throws up a hand, and SCREAMS back, through a crowded dinning room,.. "I'm already on it!" I have NEVER been more astonished with the level of service I got from Red Robin in Norman Oklahoma. As I was explaining the story to the manager, Brad would SERIOUSLY walk RIGHT behind the manager and say "He's lying". Brad said this OUT LOUD! With SEVERAL customers around! The manager gave us free food, but Brad kept walking by our table and laughing! Management,.. you SERIOUSLY need to get a GRIP on you staff, ESPECIALLY those staff that service the guests! I will NEVER return to this store. Even though management gave me my meal for free,... he has NO control over his staff! NONE! As we were walking out the door, the family that was SEVERAL tables away, was walking out just behind us,.. and the older female of the group said to me and my family, "You should sue this company for slander, defamation of character, and call their corporate office and have the waiter fired". This is PATHETIC. I have had poor service before, it's life, it happens. But the attitude, the language, and the overall temperament of the wait staff is inexcusable.

I just got back from lunch with my work, there was about seven of us and Justin was our server. We went to the one off of noble prk way in Norman Oklahoma. Everything was amazing! Service was PERFECT! He was a very cute guy with a very friendly smile and he made sure he met every single one of our needs! Once we got our food we didnt even get to deicuss a thing because we were all tro bussy eating our burgers and moaning!!!
