I know that more often than not this space receives negative input from unhappy people, but I am on the other side of the coin. I'm on my third car lease or purchase from Stokes VW, and the experience could not be better! I do my shopping largely on the internet, so my primary contact has been Phil Tackett, who is wonderful. Beyond that, I've met and worked with Carlos Lowe and John, the misguided Steeler fan sales manager as well as several other members of the sales and service staff (Greg's my guy).
