My neighbor recommended this repair center to me after I shared the estimates I received from 2 other shops. My transmission was slipping and when getting estimates they seemed very high and not much explanation of specifically would be done and to my surprise, one shop did not even offer a warranty for the $2700.00 in work they were going to do. I contacted Ken and he was able to give me a complete breakdown and also a Warranty. Best of all his price was about $950.00 less.

I had a few different issues with my car and Ken and Robert were able to fix them. I like doing business with them beacaue even though I am female they have never taken advantage of the fact I am not very savy as far as repair go, but the service they provide is excellent and the price is fair.
I took my car into S&S yesterday when I found that my AC was not working. It was tested for leaks and when one were found, S&S made the necessary repair which were inexpensive and now it blows much cooler now.
They speak in layman terms so I know exactly what needs to be done and what I am paying for. Warranty on work that is done make me feel secure that they will do right by me.
Napa recommended S&S when they problem could not be pinpointed with the test conducted. S&S took my car in and I did not need an appointment. Pinpointed the problem and since it was more work than I was able to do they made the repair for me and my car runs like new again.
