The Okemos store seems to restock far less than the other stores. The Grand Rapids and the Jackson store always have a far better selection. There are a few staff who have been around for a long time that are great but the new staff that rotates in are mostly rude and unhelpful. It's a shame that this is our only local TRU option. I miss the W. Saginaw store.

This store has gone way down hill. The store is a mess, knowledgable, friendly associates are hard to find. I found the check out staff to be down right rude. The last time I was there (and I mean the LAST TIME) the girl checking me out actually told me that my children are spoiled. Wow. I am doing all on-line ordering next year.

Prices are higher but they have a great selection of hard to find toys and games.

While they have higher prices, they have a very large selection. I go here before christmas and find some unique items. They do send coupons in the mail frequently.
