Used this lab ONLY because this is the preferred provider recognized by my Insurance. Completed an intake sheet and someway, somehow they put an address in their computer where I never lived. I attempted to call and straighten this out but the person employed there was very argumentative and insisted I gave them an incorrect address. In addition, while there I overheard several other patients trying to clear up account problems and staff was very argumentative with them. What ever happened to customer service? Doesn't seem like you will find it here.

Me And husband went up to lapcorp for a pre- employment drug test and the lady at desk was not very nice to us she told us that we miss the times for them do drug testing, so me and Husband waited for the next day to go up there to get the drug testing and when got there again the lady at first was rude to us acting like we were stupid just because we showed up at 11:20. my husband and me wasted gas money and his work time to take off for this I am not very happy about how we were treated.
