We are very happy with our refrigerator, and the customer service. We told the salesman a specific brand and type. He only showed us what we wanted, and didn't waste our time with other more expensive products. Also same day delivery, and I didn't have to pay for it!

They are way more knowledgable and service oriented than any of the big box stores. Have fair prices and excellent installation service.

I have shopped this store for a couple of years now. The service has always been excellent. The staff is always friendly. They have a great selection.

I have shopped Christman's Appliance for several years and their sales personnel and customer service is "just right." They are helpful but not pushy and always seem to have "sacrifice" sales going on which I love as a value-oriented shopper. I would encourage you to consider Christman's which has been a NWOKC retailer as long as I can remember--and I've lived here since 1963!

I think it's funny how there slogan is "Where Service Is Still Important" because because I certainly did not get any good service with them and they were EXTREMELY RUDE!!
