      Kudos to Elliot!!!

      I wish to Thank Elliot for his demonstrating his Expertise and going the Extra Mile.

      I was not present, but my assistant was with Elliot. After repairing the issue with our slow flushing toilet, Elliot shared that warm water was being flushed through the toilet he repaired. He shared, from his experiences, that there may be a soap mixing machine tied into the plumbing somewhere.

      With only having one soap dispenser, we were readily able to find the problem. To our surprise, we were unable to close the hot water valve, on the faucet the soap dispenser was hooked up too. The handles rotation was obstructed. There was a “Y” hose connector at the end of the faucet, allowing for the water to be shut off at that point. This had been this way at least for 5 years. We replaced the handle to a smaller one, allowing us to close the hot water. The warm toilet flush water issue was resolved.

      Most important, was, with Elliot directing us to the soap dispenser, we saw that the water hose from the faucet to the soap dispenser was close to bursting open. With the hot water valve always on, there was always pressure on the hose. I can’t imagine the tons of water that would of totally covered the 1st floor of our building, huge damage. As we know, the hose would of burst on the evening or weekend hours. Yikes!

      We are Very Grateful for Elliot for his Professionalism, Expertise and Willingness to Go the Extra Mile!!! We Salute Elliot!!!

      Yesterday the property I manage Valencia Trace had lighting hit the asphalt and bust the water main lines underneath need less to say our residents did not have any water. Jim's had a crew here within an hour and worked until the early morning hours to repair these water lines.I have worked with Jim's Plumbing for over 25 years as a Property Manager. I really appreciate them sending someone right away. If you need any plumbing work I would highly recommend Jim's Plumbing!

      I called Jim's Plumbing to fix and issue with tree roots compromising the drainage line from the house to the sewer. They came out and found the issue and gave me a quote based on the work that needed to be completed. In the middle of the job they found out that it was over-scoped the time for the repair and adjusted it down saving me money on the repair.

      I couldn't be happier with the staff there: Darren (Estimator), Gram (troubleshooter), Javier and Gil(did the replacement), and Will (sink repair that was added on). This company was very honest and I love supporting local business with this level of professionalism.

      hosed on a hose bib

      $140 dollars for a simple hose bib is outrageous and I feel like I was hosed literally. I don't care if a licensed business charges more because they are licensed and insured. The customer really pays
