Jon is the worst person in this business!! I would give 0 stars if i could. I called on a Friday and personally asked him if he could do a rush service on a suit. I explained to him that I had to be at the airport at 8:30 on Monday morning. He said "no problem" and to bring the suit to him at 8:00 Saturday morning. I did exactly that. I got a call from Jon that afternoon that his circuit breaker had tripped and that the suit would be ready at 6:00 on Sunday evening. He gave me his cell phone number and said to call him on Sunday afternoon. So far, I thought he seemed to genuinely care. So, I call him on Sunday afternoon as he asked. He then tells me that he pulled something in his neck and would do it early Monday morning. I was getting nervous at this point and reminded him that I had to be at the airport at 8:30 Monday morning. He assured me he would have it done and to meet him at 7:00 Monday morning. I had no choice but to agree. I showed up at 7:00. No Jon. No suit. His clerk told me I should have never trusted Jon to do this for me and that next time I should go to Spencer's or ACME. She called Jon, who finally showed up about 30 minutes later, with no suit. He tells me that the motors to the machines are down, as he pulls my $700 suit from the front seat of the company truck, wadded up!! Apparently it had been sitting in the seat the entire weekend. He was completely unapologetic and had no care in the world that I was completely screwed. I would have been fine with him just originally saying "sorry, I can't do it". No. Instead he left me hanging. I will tell everyone I know to never use his services, as apparently his own employees do also!

Jon is amazing, his work is outstanding. You think it would be he's been doing it for almost 50 years, I've been with him for 12. Great service!
