      The absolute worst facility in florida, maybe even the us. Very unprofessional, they treat their workers horribly, abuse residents, susie and jay fight in front of residents. Ahca has been there many times but they always put on a show when ahca comes so they haven't been shut down yet. Please help those residents they are being ABUSED. they are left in soaked clothing, if they fall they are left there,if there's something cultural food they don't like or can't eat they refuse to make them something else. AT LEAST 8 WORKERS I KNOW PERSONALLY QUIT BECAUSE OF THEM.

      Susies home is the absolute worst ALF in palm coast. Susie treats her workers horribly, she claims to be involved with the residents and business and acts like she knows what's going on there, but the only way she knows what's going on is by reading what the workers right. She is very unproffesional. Some of the residents have been mistreated, even causing some of them to move to a different facility. What goes around comes around, she might not be shut down yet, but I gutantee she will be shut down very soon
