I had Libby give me a cut, color, and eyebrow wax, and I'm so pleased! I never know what to do with my own hair, so Libby ran through some possibilities with me, until we found just the right color and style. She was so attentive with me through the entire process, and she put me at ease all the way from the luscious hair wash/ scalp massage to applying the sassy two-toned color to blow-drying it out to make me feel like a movie star! I would recommend Libby and Arabella Salon to anyone in the Portland area that needs a fresh new look and a stylist to hang on to for years.
