I called the franchise on Friday to get a quote. I was told that my list of needs would come to about $1,000.00. I made an appointment for This morning (Monday 8/10/2018). I dropped my car off at 8:30. I was told that I would receive a call when the vehicle was being worked on and evaluated. At 1pm I called to ask about the vehicle and was told it was just now being looked at and would receive a call shortly. At 5pm I called back and was told they were still looking at the vehicle. I then read the reviews and called only to learn "nothing" had been done so far. When I inquired why, I was questioned as to why my vehicle was even there. When I explained the situation and the quote I was told the person who gave me the quote no longer worked there. The worst part was I had been STUPID enough to have been there before and recognized the person who took my keys at 8:30, It was the same person who gave me the quote, HMMM.... Unless you are passing by with a flat BICYCLE tire entering that establishment will only bring you sorrow. READ THE REST of the REVIEWS!!

I took my car in first thing when they open. I was told it will take 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and was told my car was not done. It will be another 2 hours. I asked them numerous time, are you sure it will be ready in 2 hours? I was told yes. I went back and it was not even start on it. They told me it will be 2 to 3 more hours. I said, I asked you numerous times, if you are sure it will be ready. You kept telling me yes. They took someone that came in after me car before mine. Is this the kind of service anyone should expect? No, it is not. If you tell your customers' it will be ready at a certain time. It should be ready. How does any business expect to stay in business, if they do not follow through on their promise. It should not even take 2 to 3 hours. I took it to someone else and not only did it cost less, but it only took an hour.
