Our law firm practices all areas of bankruptcy law and litigation including Chapter 7, 13, 11 and 12 debtor cases, both business and personal. We also represent trustees and creditors and perform debt restructuring and workouts outside of bankruptcy. We personally analyze each client's case, advise and educate them about their options, bankruptcy or alternatives to bankruptcy; perform debt negotiations; provide asset protection consultation; advise clients in foreclosure and vehicle repossession situations; advise clients regarding certain tax matters; and provide advice and counseling on a wide range of other financial areas. We also practice business, real estate, corporate and personal injury law and litigation. Mr. Cope and his staff have ample experience that enables them to exceed their clients' expectations.
