This was a lovely place to go to, and the employees are amazing. I also have to say something: we forgot to give a tip on April 9th 2011 to the man that worked there and gave my daughter a haircut, so we will try to send a tip in the mail- is that okay?

Phong is an exceptional woman with great skills for hair service and customer service.

Whoever had the bad cut, did NOT know how to Communicate.

If she was real, than she would have reponded to Phong's request. She would have been glad to give her money back and give her a haircut to mediate the problem.

I would visit her more often, but I live in Issaquah, so it makes it harder for me to go ofte...buit then, I only cut my hair 1 or 2 times a year. I would go see her for color and straightening.

I made the mistake of going to this so-called haircut establishment which was a huge mistake! I asked for one inch off the back and the woman took off FIVE INCHES! I don't see how she could even have gotten a hairdresser's license. I am very upset and should not have even paid. If someone does not know the difference between one inch and five inches, they certainly should NOT be a hairdresser!



I rate this place zero stars and would not recommend it to anyone!



Sign me scalped, angry and disappointed.
