I like that the Security is good and clean.

This place you can storage any of your items here and not have a problem with anything, you can keep it here for as long as you want it to be and pay your rent bill and they won’t argue with you. They will work it out with you the bill wise they discounted my bill $15 off and it came up to $108.00 total, pretty great! Thanks! Hopefully it’s cheaper this next month coming up!

This is a great facility. Very secure gate requiring access code. It’s in a safe neighborhood with quick access from San Pablo ave. We have had 2 units for a few years now and they are a reasonable price especially for this area. The management is on site, they are friendly and professional and keep the premises in top condition. Living in this area there is definitely a need for additional storage space and this place has been great for our needs.

Had my belongings stored here for probably two years. Any time I've had to do some major organizing, have been able to work with management to rent an extra unit for a month. The facility has all the extra equipment for moving my boxes, etc. around. Makes it easy on me.

Ines and Joel are incredibly welcoming and warm. I visited a few facilities before choosing this one. The facility itself has excellent height (10ft?), super clean and accessible by vehicle and moving van alike. I did not require a drive up space so scored a better deal with an inside unit that is still very close to a door for loading and unloading. Great space, wonderful overseers. Highly recommend!
