I took my husbands "favorite watch" - a very inexpensive one and his grandfathers squaw wrap silver watch band that was in need of repair to have the band repaired and the watch put on the band. It was in need of a stretch piece to accommodate my husbands palsy so he could comfortably put it on and take it off himself. They did not make any remarks about a cheap watch on a good band, they did not try to sell us anything we didn't want or need and when I went to pick it up - it was beautifully repaired and exactly the price we were told it would be. The only place I trust and know that I will get back what I took in!

Do not I repeat Do not take your gold here and sell it unless you want to get ripped off. I took two one ounce bullion coins to them to sell (Kruggerands) and the market value for gold today is $1240 an ounce. My bullion value was worth $2480 and they offered me $1024 for it. What a joke and pretty dishonest on their part. Makes me mad to see places like this take advantage of people who need money to put food on the table and be preyed upon. Hope you go out of business

They were very helpful with buying my wedding ring. They were almost too helpful and a tad pushy if I did not care for one they showed me- almost offended that I wanted something different. Did find the perfect ring here though and think it was a pretty good deal too.
