SO disappointed. Braces are OK. However, the office staff is VERY rude. Apparently you must tell them about insurance changes as they don't check even when they're not getting paid. They had almost a year to let me know my old insurance company didn't finish paying. How am I supposed to know how they handle their billing. I paid my portion! They won't take my kids braces off until the new insurance company pays. All you need to do is call and verify coverage! Thanks for taking my kid hostage while you deal with a new claim. I'm so upset and get no where when you speak up with staff. Never work hours promised and never stay on time, so they waste your time... Horrible horrible place!!

Don't go there! My daughter went here for 2 years and it was nothing but rudeness and a manipulation of the contract you sign.They allow 2 brackets to break and then charge you for each additional bracket. My child broke a bracket the first day of having braces eating a hotdog. The second time eating crackers and the third bracket broke brushing her teeth. All within a matter of the first 2 months. They actually accused her of not taking small enough bites. This continued during her 2 year treatment. Also they will not fix any brackets if you dont make a special appointment to do so and even if you have a scheduled appt. for adjustments they will make you come back on another day to have the bracket fixed. I live over an hour away and called them the day before and was reassured they repair it with the appointment for the adjustment. Wrong. They accused me of not calling and made me schedule another appointment. There has also been problems with billing and called for assistance and they told me I had to wait until my daughters next appt. to have it taken care of. Seriously??? Like my insurance is going to wait another 3 weeks! I could go on with other issues but just take some of this into consideration if you are thinking about bringing your child to this business.
