The Attendant that works at Canopy Coin Laundry really need to go through a customer service training. Anyone who argues with a customer in front of other customers should not be working with people. This is bad business and I will never go back to Canopy Coin again. The machines are a bit costly but was and I state WAS worth it because of the clean environment, TV's comfortable chairs and tables but who wants to spend their hard earn money at a place that staff does not respect the elderly, a the staff that is rude, unprofessional, miserable and extremely controlling. GET IT TOGETHER ATTENDY OR YOU WILL COST THE OWNER TO LOOSE DEDICATED CUSTOMERS! Management be mindful of who you hire. The customer is who makes your business successful.
