John is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not only did he repair two leaky outdoor faucets, he explained in detail how he was going to fix them. He also answered all my questions about future plumbing projects for my home. I highly recommend Big John , he is a gem in the Rockford region!

Eventhough it took longer than he estimated he stayed with it until it was completed with exceptional workmanship. And he stayed as close as possible to the original estimate.
