Answers the phone as Twin Fountains Medical Clinic Rockport. Rockport Urgent Care Medical facility was EXCELLENT. I was in severe pain with a foot problem. Annette Long FNP did and excellent job of diagnosing my condition. Foot gout. A first time for me. Her treatment was spot on and gave me almost immediate relief. Nurse Amy and receptionist Tabitha also did an excellent job. My wait was less than 30 minutes. Just time enough to fill out all the paperwork. A pain but necessary. I would highly recommend this Medical facility. Thank you.

I was seen August 7 this year I had waited almost 3 hours before seeing a doctor that came in poked at my foot. I was then given injections and was sent off. At the end of my visit I paid the exact amount I was told to pay. 2 months later I am now receiving bills saying that I owe $20 because they messed up and didn't charge me the full amount for my injections. Why I have to pay extra money for their employees mistake beyond me. Needless to say I will never be visiting this clinic again.

Was seen 3-5-2015 for dropping a propane tank on my foot! Lucky me nothing was broke,but the doctor,nurses,and staff were excellent! I would like to thank them for making my visit as comfortable as possible! And to the nurse who stayed with me until my sister got there,thank you so very much! I would recommend this clinic and their staff to everyone!

I would recommend this place to everyone! I have been there several times and i have always been treated with some kind of treatment plan! Such a great group of people that work there. The Doctors are patient and very kind and they have your best interest at heart. I have never had to wait that long to be seen but on the other hand if i do in the future i would understand that there are much sicker people that come in to be with URGENT needs..
