They always do a pretty good job on my car and I don't usually have to wait around too long. I always try to make use of the coupons they send in the mail.

I have been going to Sundance Car Wash for several years. They always do a great job cleaning our cars both inside and out. They have several specials that will save you money if you check their website.

Used my $10.99 twilight coupon. Love coming after 4pm. It's only a few dollars more than a gas station drive thru and they do a great job on the interior

We recently had to get our truck detailed as it was covered in dust and dirt from a hunting trip to Colorado. We compared the prices of the local car washes and Sundance had the best rate beating others by almost $50.00. Great savings with their coupons. They did a wonderful job.

This car wash is good but for the price the attention to detail was not there. Employees were pleasant, but did not ask if car was up to my standards. Had to call them back over to vacuum again.

Poor. Not even close to 1 star. As few have stated, not all their employees do a good job on your car. And some will even damage and put some scratches on it. But regarding management, they will tell you that they are 100% sure that it is impossible for them to have scratched your car. From the touchless wash to the microfiber towels used for drying, there s no room way it could have happened.



But it happened to me. Thin scratches all over my 2012 Mazda3 estimated to about $400 worth of damage from my insurance. And my insurance can't cover it b/c they say its tough to prove that the car wash actually damaged the car, which happens to be common for quite a lot of these cases (as I was told by my insurance). They said only if I had taken photos before the car wash, or the damage had been extremely obvious, would I then have a good case against them. But I didn't. And on top of that, the car was still poorly cleaned.



I called and brought it back at the end of the day (it was a work day after all). The minute I found the manager, they took pictures of my car and had me fill out a complaint form. They told me no one has ever complained about this. But they seemed to know what to do with a scratch-complaining customer (me) as soon as I got there.



If you can t the hint, read the rest of the reviews on other websites. About half the negative reviewers have bad experiences like me. Some of the positive reviews seem pretty vague, broad, or generic - like the fake reviews you see everywhere else to promote good image. I wouldn't put something that underhanded passed them.



So next time you see The Early Bird Special discount at your local Sundance Car Wash, be prepared to risk paying for some clearcoat or paint damage as well.

It is apparent that this establishment has extremely poor customer service. Buyer, beware, if something goes wrong, you will be treated horribly. They are rude and intolerable. No business should ever treat customers in this fashion.

Don't use this car wash, you'll be sorry! I ended up with a cracked windshield and not only did they not take responsibility for the damage, but they lied about it, saying that they had told me that there was a chip in my windshield prior to going through the car wash. No one ever said a word to me, so when I challenged them regarding this issue, the manager told me that the video tape of the afternoon would be reviewed and the truth would be discovered. That was an absolute lie. They completely avoided dealing with the issue, and made it impossible to talk to a manager or owner once I had left. This is a disreputable business -- take your business elsewhere!

I juse bought a new car and decided to get it detailed... Everyone was really nice and professsional.... I am so very please and they all did a beautiful job...I will continue to bring my car in as often as I can... Thankyou so much for everything....LadyDi

I been here plenty of times..and by the way, please remember don't believe the 4 stars and 5 stars, this company has flyers all over the store asking customers to review their service and rate it 4/5 stars for a free car wash. So please be aware...but I would not review this company 4/5 stars even for a free car wash because I experienced bad service there before but today it was over the top! They always do a half job, never clean the back of your car only the front inside, never vaccum correctly, always water still dripping after its been dried, but I was still going because of their morning discount specials. I drove off to work and noticed when I got out my car that they didnt vaccum at all! there was dirty and grim on the door panel and grease. Then my car was covered in brown/red spots. (I have a white car) I took my car back right away to ask where did these spots come from because I didn't have them before. I wish the employees wore name tags because the guy was sexist and rude. I pulled up and he says to me, "Hey, there Mama." I was offended and I am not Hispanic to be ok with that. Then I told the guy why I came back. Before I can say anymore he questioned me asking if I am saying their car wash did that to my car. I told him, I didn't say that, I am asking where would these spots come from if I didn't have it before? He stated to me over and over again like I was stupid that it was tree sap stain. I told him those are usually yellow, and I had that before and a normal car wash actually takes it off. And I know this is not tree sap stains because they were large brown spots. He kept repeating that I was claiming they damaged my car, I told him no, I just want it washed out. He told me, "Ok, its $120." I was like for what? He said a normal car wash wont do, you need a detail. Then he went around my car saying you have water spots, some scratches...and so on. I told him that has nothing to do with the issue we have here. He kept talking to me very snoby, very unprofesssional, and basically told me he can't help me because the spots on my car was there. I told him thats alright, AMPM car wash it touch free and will take it off if you claim its sap. He laughed and walked away from a client. How rude of him, and what disrespect I got from that employee today. Never would I refer anyone to a place like this, cheap or not.
