I took my serger in for timing and normal maintenance service. The 1st time i used it after bringing it home, it broke a major part. They were unable to order the part, so after 3 months in their service department, I took it to another service center where they got the part and said that the timing was so out of limits that it probably was the reason for the breakage.I do NOT recommend Austin Sew and Vac for sewing machine repairs.
