My girlfriend and I came here to get ombre short dipped nails. I was happy with mine. She was not happy with hers. Tim the manager had a temper and was upset my friend did not like her nails and threatened to call the cops because my friend did not want to pay for the rude customer service. He raised his voice and also told another previous customer it wasn't his fault she didn't like her nails too thick and he did not want to fix anyone's nails that he messed up. We were willing to pay and they would not check us out. Terrible customer service will not come back.
