Jonathan Ramos pursued the opportunity with Liberty National Division to lead his own Agency when the chance presented itself. He believed he could succeed in the agency leader role due to the people around him. Jonathan knew there were successful people ahead of him at Liberty National Division and the right partners in place to help him grow in his leadership position. He credits his agency's success to a strong culture where people come first. His team operates as a family. They work hard together, push each other to achieve their goals, and have fun while doing. If someone were considering a sales or leadership position with the Company, Jonathan would offer this advice: "Stay true to the system that the company provides. It is established and has been working for a long time. If someone is true to themselves, has the right work ethic, and coachable, there is no room for failure."
